The booking form collects your name, work email and business type, plus optional company, system and time window. It has no message field. We use it only to reply, and delete submissions on request.

What does the booking form collect?
Your name, work email and business type, and optionally your company, main system and a preferred time window.
The form has no message field on purpose, and this website does not ask for patient information of any kind. Please do not send any, by form or by email.
Why do we collect it, and who processes it?
We collect it to reply to your request with time options, and for nothing else.
One service helps us receive it. Telegram carries your submission to our team as an internal message. It processes your submission on our behalf and may handle it outside your country.
How long do we keep a submission?
We delete submissions on request, and within 12 months otherwise.
What are your rights?
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it.
Where laws such as the GDPR apply to you, these are your rights under them. Write to [email protected] and we will answer by email.
What does the readiness checklist store?
Nothing. The ticks stay in your browser, are never sent to us and disappear when you reload.
What happens to access during a project?
Access starts only once we have signed your NDA or you have signed ours. You create it in your own accounts and revoke it at handover. We keep no copies of your data.
An AI provider like OpenAI, Anthropic or Google (Gemini) may process the material we work with, under contract terms that exclude using it to train models. Where you open the AI account and hold its API keys yourself, that provider serves you directly and is outside our list of processors.
Does this website use cookies?
No. This website sets no cookies of its own.
It may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare describes as cookieless, to count visits without tracking individuals.
