Running a consultation platform with a pharmacy and a CRM? We build the custom integrations between them, not another app.
Glue code that stays small, documented and in your hands.
We build custom integrations between your consultation platform, pharmacy and CRM when off-the-shelf connectors fall short. We do not build telemedicine apps. Start with a free readiness checklist.

When do you need custom code instead of an off-the-shelf connector?
When a ready-made connector cannot map your fields, cannot follow your order rules, or does not exist for one of your vendors.
- The connector moves data but not the fields you actually use.
- Your orders follow rules, such as which pharmacy receives which order, that the connector has no place for.
- One of your vendors has an API but no connector.
If a ready-made connector does the job, we tell you so on the call and you do not need us. For the CRM side of a build, see healthcare CRM integration.
What does custom integration code look like?
Small, documented services or workflow automations that sit between your systems and call their APIs. There is no new patient-facing application.
The code runs in an account you own, and you hold the keys. Every request is logged, failed requests are retried, and a failure that retries cannot fix raises an alert to your team. One order, followed step by step, is on the telehealth workflow automation page.
What do we build, and what do we not build?
We build integrations. We do not build telemedicine apps, EHRs, video consultation software or clinical decision tools.
- We build the connections between your consultation platform, pharmacy, CRM and email.
- We do not host patient data or make clinical decisions.
- We do not give clinical or legal advice.
If an EHR is part of your plan, read the EHR integration guide before the call.
How do you test an integration without real patient data?
In a test environment, with test records that we create. A mapping can be proven to work without real data.
We ask each vendor for a sandbox, agree a go-live checklist with you, and switch to production access only after you have reviewed the test results. Access to your systems starts only after we have signed your NDA.
How is the price set?
Builds are quoted after the free 30-minute call, once we know which systems and rules are involved.
The call itself costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How do we start?
With the free readiness checklist. Then, if it helps, a 30-minute call that you book yourself in a free slot.
